We are FFOG: Family and Friends of Gamblers, agents of change, and leading voices in the public health movement.
Founded with the support of the Public Health Advocacy Institute (PHAI), FFOG exists to give families and friends impacted by gambling addiction a collective voice. We are building a national advocacy movement that empowers family members and friends impacted by gambling addiction to speak out, organize, and drive reform.

Gambling addiction doesn’t just affect the individual—it devastates families, workplaces, communities, and futures.
Meanwhile, the gambling industry is fueling this public health crisis with precision. The industry uses AI to target vulnerable individuals with personalized offers and "bonus bets,” while simultaneously partnering with sports leagues, media outlets, and social platforms to bombard the public with nonstop gambling action.
The time is now to break our silence. FFOG is an advocacy organization consisting of families and friends of gamblers. Our members have suffered harm because of the conduct of the out-of-control gambling industry and the abject failure of its "responsible gaming" model.
The Time for Change is Now.
FFOG brings the families and friends of gamblers out of the shadows and into the conversation. Together, we can expose the root causes of this crisis, demand accountability, and work toward a society that prioritizes public health over profit.
